The second piece in this series is very short and simple and also quite adequate for beginners who are learning to play the renaissance lute. This piece, taken from the Dallis Lute Book is also present on the Lute Society's "58 Very Easy Pieces for the Renaissance Lute", on page 4 (piece number 8).
The biggest difficulty are the three note chords which are played both simultaneously and arpeggiated but, in terms of the left hand fingering, have the same shape even though they are played on different strings.
I repeat the whole piece, because it is so short, and add some diminutions on the second time. I'm also adding a few ornaments here in there with the left hand.
